Weekly Qigong Classes

Wednesdays | 9-10am | The Jubilee Room, Church Hill, Shamley Green, Surrey GU5 0UD

In a lovely peaceful, light-filled room adjacent to the church, this session is small and personal.  Simple, steady and surprisingly energising

Saturdays | 10–11am | Harry Edwards Healing Centre, Shere, Surrey GU5 9QQ

A calm and steady start to your weekend.

Gentle, flowing movements to reconnect you to your breath, body, and the natural world around you.

Leave feeling relaxed, restored and revitalised

  • Open to all levels – beginners welcome, no experience needed
  • Set in beautiful, peaceful surroundings in the heart of the Surrey Hills

If you’d to try a FREE introductory session  – please join us on one of our regular Saturday morning classes at the Harry Edwards Healing centre near Shere.  Come and Be My Guest FREE.

We need to know numbers, especially if we’re practicing inside, so booking is essential using the BEMYGUEST discount code. And if you’d like to come with a friend, that’s great, but they too will need to book separately.  There are a maximum of two free places available per class and only one per person. 

Beginners are very welcome and these sessions are a lovely gentle introduction to this life-changing practice.

These half-day mini retreats and workshops offer space to rest, reflect and recharge.

In addition to Qigong workshops and courses, I also co-host a range of workshops and retreats with trusted partners in towns and villages across the Surrey Hills.
